CNC milling of aluminum
The key to achieving ideal surface quality during CNC aluminum milling is the use of tools with specialized cutting edge geometry, which prevents chip adhesion to the cutter (so-called built-up edges). A properly selected cooling system and high spindle speeds allow for obtaining parts with a near-mirror finish, eliminating the need for additional finishing processes.
